Ingredients:
2 lbs Beef or Mutton
2 cups Chopped Onion
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 tsp Salt or to taste
6 to 7 cloves Garlic
2 inch Ginger
4 to 5 green Chillies
1/2 bunch Cilantro
1/2 cup Oil
Preparation:
1) Dry roast the red peppers on a low flame. When the color changes and you start to smell it, remove the pan from the stove so we don't burn the peppers.
2) Dry roast the whole spices on a low flame. Try to avoid burning them. Once the color starts to change and a little bit of smoke starts to appear, remove the whole spices from the pan and set them aside to cool.
3) After cooling everything, put the peppers inside of the coffee grinder one by one.
4) Once the peppers have finished grinding, add the whole spices. You can grind them to your liking. Make sure you stop in between and mix everything together with a spoon for even grinding.
5) When the whole spices finish grinding, add the salt, citric acid, and dry ginger powder. Start the grinding process again.
6) Cool the masala and then store it in an airtight container.

In this post I will show you how to make yummy Lacha Chicken using simple ingredients usually present in every home.
Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken Boiled w/ Ginger & Garlic (Shredded)
1.2 cups Chicken Stock
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
2 Medium Tomatoes Chopped
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
1 1/2 tsp. Coriander Powder
1 tsp. Red Pepper Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
1 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Yogurt
Some Cilantro
1 Green Pepper (Serano)
1 tbsp. Dried Fenugreek Leaves (qasoori methi)
1/2 cup Oil
Preparation:
1) Saute the chopped onion with 3 tablespoons of oil. The color should not change very much.
2) Once the onions start to turn pink, add the tomatoes. Cook the tomatoes until they are nice and soft.
3) Once the tomatoes start to go dry, add in the broth. Broth enhances the flavor better than water, so try to use it instead.
4) Cook it until the oil separates and cover everything up until the tomatoes become very soft.
5) Stir the tomatoes to see how soft they have gotten.
6) Add all of the spices at once along with a little bit of broth. Some of the spices may start to burn. Don't let them burn and cook until the oil separates.
7) Stir the mixture together with a wooden spoon and add a little bit of broth. If the spices start to burn, just add in more broth.
8) Add all of the chicken to the mixture. Do not add any salt or ginger garlic paste because the salt in the spices is already enough and we added the garlic paste to the chicken when we boiled it.
9) Mix everything together and add some more broth.
10) Make sure all the spices are properly mixed in with the chicken.
11) Boil the broth and mix it with the chicken.
12) Cover up the chicken and set the flame to low. Cook the chicken for 5 minutes.
13) When it is done cooking, the water should have all evaporated. Mix the chicken well and add yogurt. Be sure to beat the yogurt before adding it.
14) Stir everything fast and keep it on a high flame. Cook the yogurt until the water has evaporated.
15) Now that the chicken is ready, add the qasoori methi by crushing them in between your palms. Mix it well.
16) Add the cilantro and green chili and mix it all together.
17) Ready to serve.
