Yummy Bun Kabab With Chutney | بن کباب اور چٹنی

In this video I will show how to make Yummy Bun Kabab with Chutney using simple ingredients usually present in every home.

Ingredients for Kabab:
250 grams Chana Daal
1 big Potato
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
10 to 12 Whole Red Pepper 
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp Coriander powder
1/4 cup Chopped Onion
1/4 cup Cilantro
1 Green Chilli
Egg for coating
Oil for frying
Burger Buns as required
Onions, Tomatoes, Salad leaves, Cucumber as required

Ingredients for Chutney:
1 cup Mint Leaves
1 cup Cilantro
3/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
4 Cloves Garlic 
1 Green Chilli 
2 Tbsp Tamarind (Imli) soaked in water for half an hour
2 Pieces of Dried Mango ( khatai ) soaked in water for half an hour or 
1 Tbsp Dried Mango Powder ( Khatai Powder )

Yummy Spicy Khattay Aloo | مصالحے دار کھٹے آلو

Spicy Khattay Aloo recipe is here for viewers who love spicy and tangy food. Spices of course can be adjusted to taste.

Ingredients:
500-750 grams small Potatoes
2 Kashmiri Red Pepper
4 Dried Red Chillies
2 tbsp Tamarind
4-5 cloves Garlic
1 medium Tomato
1/2 tbsp roasted ground Cumin
1 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Oil

Yummy Mixed Vegetables and Khichri | Lunch Special | سبزی اور کھچڑی

Are you a vege lover? Then try our signature mixed vegetable recipe made up of yummy vegetable ingredients. This food is traditionally served with delicious Khichri that is rice with lentils. This can also be served with Roti or Chapati if you like.

Today, I show you how to prepare this mouth watering recipe.

Ingredients for Mixed Vegetables:
1/2 cup chopped Onion
3 Large Carrots
3 Medium size chopped Tomatoes
4 green onions (White and Green part chopped separately)
1/2 cup Peas
250 to 300 grams Spinach
1 cup Cilantro ( hara dhaniya)
2 medium size Potatoes
1/4 cup Yellow Lentil ( Chana Daal) soaked for 1/2 an hour
1/3 cup Oil
1 Tsp Salt
1/3 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Ground Coriander
1/2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
2 Tbsp Fenugreek  Leaves (Qasoori Methi)
1 Tbsp chopped Green Chillies
1 Tbsp chopped Garlic


Ingredients for Khichri:
1 cup Bamati Rice
1/2 cup Moong Daal
1/3 cup sliced Onion
1/3 cup Oil
2 Tsp Salt
3 cups Water
